The RIC supports various projects in the area of "Youth and Technology":

The RIC submitted already the second proposal within framework programme of Generation Innovation - Regions. Kart 4 U was finished in 2009 and E-Mobility 4 U startet in September 2010. More information on goals, target group and content on the project sites.

Technic Box for primary schools
A project supported by the RIC is "Experience technology at the primary school level", which is carried out within the scope of the "Innovative Upper Austria 2010" Education Highway programme. As part of this project, a technic box was made available to the Steinerkirchen bei Wels elementary school. It contains more than 120 materials and challenges to experiment and work with, stemming from ten different topic areas (f.eg. fire, electricity, mathematics, electricity... - more information on Technic Box). Thanks to these elementary experiments, science is brought to life in the classroom and gives students the fundamentals to build upon a life of technology.

Physical Experience Box
